PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

The administrator of the personal data is CONSYL SYLWIA STRONIAWSKA with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (85-005), 83 Gdańska Street, NIP: 556 24 58 735, REGON: 363836390, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator. The terms appearing in this Privacy Policy - Shop, Customer, shall be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Rules and Regulations of the Shop. This Privacy Policy is for informational purposes only, it is not a source of obligations for the Store's Customers.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

Personal information means any personally identifiable information about you, for example, your name, contact information, order number, payment details and information about your access to our website. We collect personal information about you when you place an order, create an account, use our website, or contact Store staff.

In particular, information falling into the following categories is collected:

- Name, residential/business address, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address( street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), company name and tax identification number (TIN) of the Customer, bank account number, required for account refund, credit/debit card details or other payment details;

- information on the purchase of products;

- Information on the use of our website;

- Communication with the customer via mail, email, social media and over the phone;

Customer data may be used for the following purposes:

- ensuring the performance of the contract for the sale of products ordered by the Customer, in particular the operational execution of the order, shipment or delivery of the ordered products, the performance of obligations under the warranty and guarantees provided, the enforcement of receivables

- to contact the customer in case it is necessary to make changes to the order, caused, for example, by the unavailability of certain products;

- Verification/control of a credit card or other payment card: payment information is used for accounting, invoicing purposes and to detect and/or prevent any fraudulent activity;

- for administrative or legal purposes: the Customer's data may be used to respond to claims or complaints and to exercise other rights and obligations under applicable laws;

- marketing: from time to time, you may receive by e-mail information about promotions covering products offered for sale by us; you have the right to accept or opt out of receiving such messages, and any electronic message sent by us will include the option to indicate that you do not wish to continue receiving direct marketing materials from us.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Customer's personal data may be shared for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy with the following third parties with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect the Customer's personal data in accordance with Polish and EU law:

- entities participating in the process of implementation of the sales contract, for the purpose of its proper execution, such as Poczta Polska S.A., courier companies such as DPD;

- to companies that process payment transactions - in particular, this refers to the transfer of personal data to PayTel S.A. in the case of making payments using online payment systems; the transfer of data applies only to personal data necessary for PayTel S.A. to process the payment, as well as to verify payments for possible irregularities and ensure the security of the transaction;

DATA PROTECTION LAWS

The customer is entitled to:

- information about whether its personal information is stored, and if so, what information is stored and for what purpose we store/use it.

- access to your personal information (the so-called "data subject's data request"). This makes it possible to obtain a copy of the personal information we have about you and to verify that we are processing it lawfully.

- rectify your personal information that we store,. You may complete any incomplete data or correct any incorrect information that pertains to you that we maintain.

- deletion of personal information. You may request deletion or removal of personal information if there are no reasons to justify further processing. In addition, you have the right to ask us to delete or remove personal information if you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below).

- to object to the processing of your personal information where we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest (or the interest of a third party), and there is any reason in the specific situation of the user in question why he or she would want to object to the processing on that basis. In addition, you have the right to object if we process your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

- Object to automated decision-making, including profiling, i.e. object to automated decision-making regarding you using your personal information or object to profiling of you.

- limitation of processing of personal information. You may request that we suspend the processing of personal information about you, for example, if you want us to determine the accuracy of the information or the reason for its processing.

- to transfer personal information in electronic and structured form to you or another person (the so-called right to "data portability"). This allows you to retrieve data from us in a format that allows you to use it electronically, and to transfer your data to another person in a format that allows you to use it electronically.

- withdrawal of consent. In limited circumstances, where you have consented to the collection, processing and transfer of personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent to such processing at any time. As soon as we are notified that you have withdrawn your consent, we will stop processing your information for the purpose or purposes for which you initially consented, unless we have another legitimate interest in such processing.

COOKIE POLICY

Cookies are used for:

- adaptation of the store's content to the User's preferences and optimization of the use of websites; these files allow for recognition of the User's device and proper display of the website, adapted to the User's individual needs;

- generation of statistics

- maintaining the session of the Service User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password;

The Service uses two main types of cookies: "persistent cookies" and "session cookies". "Persistent" cookies are stored in the User's final device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User. "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's terminal device until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the web browser.

Users of the store can at any time change the settings for cookies in the browser so as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform about their placement on the User's device each time. The Store Administrator informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the store's websites.
